1. Application
One-time Completion of PE,PVC Covered Core Wire Stranding & Concentric Tapping or Side Taping for Control Cable,Communication Cable, Power Cable , Coaxial Cable. Mainly used for high Precision Core Wire Stranding.
2. Performance
2.1. High rotate speed, main shaft is lubricated by thin oil, cool warning if oil not enough ,which can lower the temperature and the noise,extend the life of the machine.
2.2. The wire goes from belt to idler pulley of main shaft directly,which can reduce scratch and keep round cross section.
2.3. Magnetic power clutch auto track and control taking up tension,making the tension of taking up steadily.
2.4.Stranding pitch: the pitch is automatically converted by computer, and can be adjusted according to customer requirements.
